Currently we have two on-site property manager positions open. We are actively seeking a southern California based Onsite Property Manager with 3+ years of management experience. It is critical that this candidate has knowledge of property management, leasing skills, and knows all of the policies and procedures involved in managing an apartment community. Our Property Manager will live onsite and is responsible for the overall performance of the property they are managing. They will report directly to our Regional Manager. Duties include handling all leasing at the property, and dealing with renting and marketing activities, and resident relations. They will handle all leasing paperwork and compliance. They will be responsible for rent collection and billing activities at their property.
